ANGELWELT Event Partner of the Garmin 360° Experience 2026

Europe’s leading angling show was an event partner for the Garmin 360° Experience 2026 at Lake Wolzig from 25 to 29 April. The focus was on practical product testing, technical workshops and extensive networking.

Five days of intensive practical testing on the water, professional exchanges and inspiring talks: ANGELWELT, Europe’s leading trade show for angling and sport fishing, supported the Garmin 360° Experience 2026 as an event partner. At the 360° Teamgeist Fusion House on Lake Wolzig in south-east Berlin, media professionals, content creators and specialist retailers came together to test new Garmin products under real-world conditions and to network.

The partnership underscores ANGELWELT’s commitment to supporting the industry beyond the trade show period in November and to fostering exchange throughout the year. “ANGELWELT is the place to be for the international angling scene. Through this partnership, we are supporting a strong platform that brings the community together, strengthens direct exchange and provides new impetus for the sport of angling,” says Felix Steinacker, Head of ANGELWELT.

Instead of traditional product presentations, the exclusive event focused primarily on hands-on experiences: in rotating technical sessions, content creators and media professionals tested the Garmin Marine ecosystem on a total of seven boats. The focus was on the new 360-degree fishfinder. In addition, the trolling motors, the kayak motor, LiveScope technology, radars, the Garmin MOB system and the new Garmin Quatix 8 Pro Marine smartwatch were put through their paces. The programme was complemented by technical Q&As, as well as specialist presentations by fisheries scientist Prof. Dr Robert Arlinghaus and industry expert Thorsten Trojan. Evening events and networking sessions – including a group dinner hosted by ANGELWELT – provided further opportunities for personal interaction.

ANGELWELT 2026 expands to four halls and strengthens its role as the premier hotspot for the international angling scene

Following its record-breaking 2025 edition, ANGELWELT continues its successful trajectory: from 27 to 29 November 2026, Europe’s leading trade show for angling will expand to four halls for the first time at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds as part of OutVenture Berlin. The growing importance of fishing boats, engines and boat technology is also reflected in ANGELBOOT. As Europe’s largest exhibition for fishing boats, engines and accessories, it is once again one of the show’s strongest thematic areas.

National and international brands will present the latest trends, innovations and new products in the fishing industry at ANGELWELT 2026. A varied live programme and targeted networking formats for industry, trade and the community will complement the programme on all days of the show.
